An employee welcomed me and quickly asked me how she can help. I visited the Pandora store once again to change a charm for another style I saw online and liked it better. She looked for the one I showed to her on my cell phone, found it and processed the exchange successfully. And I even ended up buying 2 more charms for a present, one of them wasn't available at the store but she ordered it online.
