Solicite la tarjeta fue aprobada pague con ella pero me duplicaron la compra ahora tengo que volver a la tienda por error de otra persona

There where no all the items available. And also only few items available. That was my concern.

There wasn't a variety of charms left and I bought something else but not what I wanted, the sales associate didn't offered me or show me other options, I had to tell her to show me stuff but I didn't saw initiative from her.

No estaba disponible el brazalete que buscaba. Luego quise otro brazalete y no había el size que buscaba.☹️

Pq no habia la pulsera q queria, pero igual la vendedora me ofreció una parecida a la q buscaba y me la lleve junto a la d la oferta.

Por qué no me permitieron moverme ataraceas dela tienda para poder observar la mercancía y así a ser un mejor decisión en compra

When I got there there were no signs saying you needed to make an appointment neither did the employee at the entrance told me while I waited in line for several minutes and when I finally got to the entrance they asked for my reservation name. I told them I didn't know because they saw me get in the line and there were no signs saying you needed to book a reservation. That also happened to the person waiting behind me. They let me pass since I wasn’t informed and had waited for at least half an hour.
