Too slow, and the retailers didnt know the order of the people entering the store so they attended two woman that went in 15 minutes AFTER me I was ther waiting for 43minutes!

La empleada no era muy entusiasta. Fui para un arreglo de una pieza y me indicó que fuera donde otro joyero en el mall. Le pregunté por unas sortijas y me indicó que mejor las ordenara online que llegaban antes. Le pregunté sobre la promoción y me indicó que casi no quedaba nada. Al final compré un artículo de la promoción y 2 charms para mis hijas.

I believe the way they have the waiting line in Plaza del Caribe is far from the store which causes other people to be able to pretend they were before one. Also, the way the associate told me to wait in a tube that was outside in a manner that I did not consider professional or nice, however when I got there the people waiting were not told to stand were I was I felt it very personal. Every time I go to buy something there is always an employee who treats you like she is better than you.

La dama que me atendió fue un poco amable ya que la pieza que me mostró me quedo grande, quería ver otras piezas me mostró varias pero incomoda.

algunas vendedoras te quieren atender muy rápido.... Como q deseas y ya... No te dan mucho tiempo para mirar la mercancía porque rápido he preguntan que si ya estás listo..... ahy q mirar lo que uno compra porque es dinero el que uno gasta no es regalado.
