Todo muy organizado y todo, pero entiendo que para ser una época pico en ventas, no contaban con la mercancía suficiente. Deben mejorar en este aspecto.

La representante no estuvo en la mejor actitud para mostrarme las prendas. No fue amable. Tampoco me busco opciones que me pudiera convencer de adquirir una prenda. La compre pq yo la quería no pq ella me entusiasmara para adquirirla.

The sales associate are not friendly or kind. I visit regularly and they never are.

Ian not not satisfy. The overall experience was ok. I think you need more sales associates because buying jewelry take time to make decisions and the sale associate stay with you until the final payment. That means that the next person in line have to wait so long to receive the service... The associate that help us was nice, no complaints
