Since January I have been given the runaround for cleaning a ring that I purchased there. First it was that they do not clean jewelry on weekends. Then I went on a weekday and I was told that they were to busy to clean the ring and to come back another day. Then I went back on a Tuesday because I thought it was a slow day but I was told that that day they did not have the associate that cleaned jewelry. I asked could anyone do it and I was told no. After that on the past 3 occasions I have been told that the machine is broken and they do not know whit it will be fixed or replaced. When I go to Tous I do not receive this runaround! Terrible customer service!

Ninguno de los empleados que me brindó atención tenía instrucciones claras. Un gerente decía algo y el otro daba otra instrucción. Al final nada de lo que me habían ofrecido resultó y me fui con piezas que no eran las que quería.

I have gone to pandora on three different occasions to clean a ring I purchased for my wife there. On all those occasions I have been told that: on weekends they don’t clean jewelry, they’re to many customers to come back another day and that the person that cleans jewelry isn’t there. I will go to Tous that’s across from them for my next purchase. This is poor customer service!

La supervisora me trató de manera inadecuada y no mostró interés en resolver mi situación. Tuve que insistir tres veces para que pudiera ayudarme.

I went to the store for a bracelet warranty change, the color it’s supposed to be rose gold and it’s likely silver in less than 4 months, I wear the bracelet two times per week, no perfumes water or other substance that can affect the product and it’s very deteriorated. Product quality should be greater for the price tag ask to the customer.

They were not listening to what I wanted. I told them many times what I wanted, but they kept handing me what THEY thought I should buy instead. I felt rushed to complete the transaction because they were looking forward to the next customer in line so I ended up leaving the store with what they gave me and not what I was actually interested in. Horrible experience, that's why I'm not satisfied, because I wanted one specific item, that was actually available there, but I came back home without it and with 2 other items I'm NOT in love with instead. Really disappointed.

I understand the health code protocols. But I was the only guest at the store, and the greeter was very rude to my mother and would not allow her to enter the store with me even though they could have up to 8 people at a time, and she was interested in making a purchase herself.

Se hizo una devolución en marzo para un cambio de mercancía. Entiendo que por los terremotos y el Covid 19 se atraso la entrega. No tengo problema con eso. Pero el compromiso del empleado de llamar cuando llegó el paquete es NULO -0. Ya que fui yo la tuve que hacer las diligencias para poder saber de el paradero del mismo. Según ellos una llamada. Y creo q pudieron dar un poco más de empeño y empatía por la situación. Gracias
