I was highly satisfied with this experience because the items that I bought were meant as a gift to the person I was with, and Britany, the sales associate, helped us in picking out everything and convinced the person to even add a charm unto the bracelet. I'm satisfied with this experience because she also offered to clean my bracelet and while we were picking out the other bracelet and processing the purchase. The way she knew the size of the bracelet needed and how she maneuvered through the store to get what we needed showed that she knew what she was doing.
