The Plaza Carolina Store is exceptional. Her manager, Johanna and sales associate Karla always go above and beyond to bring me the best experiencie. I see this with all customers not only me. I have a complaint with the 20th anniversary piece. It’s only available in two stores in Puerto Rico, one in the south of our island. You should be aware of the situation in the south and that the highest población is in the metro área. We should have a better chance to obtain this collectible pieces Please kindly consider this matter.
