En la tienda de Plaza Carolina la mercancía que buscaba no estaba disponible. La variedad de dijes para las pulseras estaba escasas. Muy pocas piezas para la venta. Y muchos artículos discontinuados.

The reason i was not highly satisfied because there are not alot of choices. I would recommend to come up with other charms for military parents, marines, other professions nurses, nail technicians. Basically things that people can relate to. Other than hearts love and nature. Its all cute but lets make this charms things people would remember for the rest of there lifes. Im a military mom wantes to get something to remember my son by. Also nail Technicians buy alot of these bracelets. Putting a nail polish charm would be lovely. More baby items baby girl, baby boy. Should do a survey in stores to see what customers would like for you guys tonadd to your collections. That's extremely important.

The sales associate did not know how to give good service. She had an attitude, and not all friendly. Did not give options on what there was to offer, she just stood there without saying anything

Hi, and Happy Mothers Day, I just wanted to let you know my inconformity with the stores in Puerto Rico. I have started to buy your products recently and love everything about them and about the service received by the employees in the stores but every-time that I go to your stores there is never your promotion items available. For example for mothers day you were giving a bracelet with purchase over $175 but there were none available. The same thing happened 2 times before. Great product and service but lousy promotions. Not highly satisfied due to the amount of customers in the store. Waaaayy too many customers which don’t really allow you to physically view all the merchandise.

Me atendieron bien, me gusto el trato que me dieron en la tienda y volvería nuevamente ya que tiene un servicio bueno y agradable
