Vice verse are very satisfied

I went to the store 2 days in a row. The 2nd day I didn’t feel welcomed by the sales associate. I specifically told her what I wanted, she expected me to assess the item looking at it through the counter glass. I had to ask her to remove the item so I can appreciate it better in order to make a decision. She thought I was not a serious customer?? Her attitude changed when she learned I went to the store the previous day and made a purchase, thanks to another sales associate that recognized me.

Karla fue muy amable en atenderme y me consiguió lo que realmente yo quería.

No estuve muy satisfecho porque tuve que esperar bastante tiempo afuera de la tienda para poder entrar; esto debido a los controles por la pandemia. También, cuando entras a la tienda prácticamente te limitan a ver los que estás buscando. Gracias

Fui a buscar un charm en especifico, el cual ya no tenían disponible por lo que opte por comprar otro charm distinto al que quería.
