First of all, I didn't know what I want, just what I remember and Kiara was able to guide me and help me out to find the ring my daughter wants. She was patience with me despite that they were almost closing. From the host who welcome me, Kiara and the lady on the POS, they were extremely nice and they all seems interested on my buyout. I will definitely come back again maybe sooner of what I have in mind.
