I was not very satisfied because the visit was very fast. I would like to have been longer and see more merchandise so I know if I can be more satisfied.

The associate was very polite, helpful and had a great attitude when helping me pick and choose the braceletS, charms and even informed me of store discount that I wasn’t aware of at the time. She showed me the new items that had arrived and even helped me look for some old styles that I had been looking for that I thought were no longer available. Truly a very nice experience.

I was looking at the merchandise and the employees were looking at me in a horrible way, as if I had no money to pay, so much so that everyone who arrived was attending except me, only the one who attended me, who was the same one who charged me, was the the only one who treated me excellently friendly. I only go into the hatillo store if she is there, otherwise not.
