No me gusto el trato.poca disponibilidad de las prendas y el personal no muy dedicados a atender clientes.

Cuando llegué a la tienda estaban por cerrar. Las representantes que me atendieron con prisa, no tuve oportunidad de corroborar otros productos y todo era ya, pues pase para cobrarle. La realidad es que lo compré porque lo necesitaba, pero me iba a ir y no comprar nada.

My dissatisfaction problem was with the service and the treatment of the two associates with whom I communicated through the chat. They were both incompetent and have no communication skills. None showed knowledge and courtesy. One of them also cut me off, supposedly because I was in the wrong department and he did not want to attend to me. Then I went back into the chat and I communicated what happened to Vanessa (she was the one who passed my call so that she could attend to me) and Vanessa ignored me. I feel discriminated against. Because even in English I spoke to her and the associate did not want to attend me. (The first)

Buen servicio. Me atendieron bien aunque la prenda me la pusieron y ni bolsita ni nada mes dieron.

No me quisieron hacer un intercambio por otra prenda del mismo valor,de una sortija que ya en mas de 2 ocasiones la e tenido q devolver porq se me puso negra mientras q salio cara ahora tengo q estar cambiándola cada vez q se ponga negra y después q pase el año de garantía me tendré q quedar con ella así...🙄🙄😡
