I went into the store to purchase a charm for myself that I had picked out ahead of time. Diana went above what I was expecting and helped me clean/reorganize my bracelet as well. She provided lots of helpful advice.

Upon arrival, I was greeted, not pestered. :) I could browse freely. When I wanted assistance, someone was available. Staff is pleasant! The entire experience was great!

Went in to purchase 3 charms that I checked out on line and was very pleased that they were available in the store the sales associate who helped me was knowledgeable and very easy to deal with.

The sales girl was attentive as soon as I walked in the store. She was friendly and smiled alot. Although I got my bra let for Christmas and purchased 2 additional charms from a different store, when I purchased my 3rd one today she told me about the specific cleaning for my rose gold bracelet which is different than silver. I was impressed.
