The sales associate helped me immediately and showed her knowledge of the Pandora products.

I bought a pair of earrings. Silver posts that a charm can fit over. Another sales associate sold me incorrect charms that did not correctly fit the posts. One charm was jammed onto the silver post by sales associate. I brought the earrings back as I could see they had incorrect charms. I was highly disappointed as i dont normally buy high end jewellery. I did an exchange and Reina, store manager, was very helpful and understood my sitution. She was able to find me replacement charms. She was polite and kind. Very happy with her service.😁

The staff is so friendly and don’t rush you through they take the time to show you one or 10 items they stay with you while you decide they keep it one one customer service. Love Pandora
