i was very impress with the service i got from this store , they spent hour and a half to make things suit what i ask for. they were very nice and very patient , i feel so important and so value. those are the good trained staff

I had a gift card that hadn’t been properly activated at another location and Rene the store manager worked with that store to get it activated. She made a few phone calls on my behalf which I appreciated very much. Betty kindly cleaned my jewelry while I waited and gave advice as to how best to maintain my purchases. I have previously had good customer service from Jamie as well. All in all, very satisfied with the transactions! Thank you!

I entered the store with my girlfriend, we’ve been together for a very long and were in the market for a promise ring. Are running joke is “this is my promise to stay engaged for ever”. We settled on a ring and the manager(s) that helped us wouldn’t sell it to us. Not because of any reason other than they weren’t happy with the condition of the ring. They looked high and low for another one but were unable to find another. I’m greatful that the staff you have running your locations take enough pride and care in there work that they will not sell a sub par item to a customer and was pulled from the display before we finished are transaction. I have bought other items from this location before and because of Betty the manager that assisted us I will be returning as my go to pandora store when I’m back home in Kingston Ontario
