We were greeted just as soon as we entered with friendly smiles and amazing sales associates. We explained what we were looking for, and were helped immediately. I am extremely satisfied with the product and the way it is wrapped so perfectly.

I was waited on quickly, the sales associate knew which charm I was inquiring about and I was in the store less than 10 minutes.

This seasons line of products is absolutely spectacular (bees)! The sales associate was very friendly and engaging and loved exploring the new merchandise with us. She was also very efficient at bringing out products, finding prices, and elaborating on details. This experience was a highlight of my day.

I got what I came in for. I found more things that I wanted for next time. I got a polaroid picture because of the new Shine collection which was really cool.

I loved the sales person, she was very helpful. I loved that she told me of the 25% off some gold charms. I loved that she put my charms and bracelet in the cleaning machine and then put charms in a lovely order on my bracelet.

The associate who looked after me was very friendly and helpful. She also made suggestions towards my purchase. Very pleasant experience.
