received immediate service from a very knowlegeable person. got exactly what I wanted.

the Black friday queue outside the store was not monitored by staff so there were others who tried to jump the queue. Confusing. slightly tired of standing/waiting and annoyed.

Lengthy wait

I tried to reach the store over three days and did leave a message of what I was looking for. The day stores reopened I tried to reach the store for over 3 hours and no one answered the telephone to assist me and verify if what I was looking for was available and how pick up was going to happen

My experience was good but yesterday it was busy in the store, I had to wait for a sales person .. I was patient, and understand the importance of customers, that is the reason for "not highly satisfied"

I think it’s a great store. Maybe I went on a busy day. There were lots of staff working, 4 I think, but I still had to wait 20-25 minutes before being helped.
