Pandora Jewelry

I received a reflections bracelet for Christmas. Would love to see more variety of charms for it.

They had what I asked to be saved for me. It was a quicker checkout then normal. I was apologized to by the manager for a mistake that was made twice in there part.

There were only two sales associates. Both of them were busy for a while. We had to leave the store and come back to get what we wanted later.

Manager is always very kind knows me by name and knows exactly what I’m looking for.

My daughter and I both bought a charm and we were both happy with what we got. There was a wide range of selections to pick from. We told the employee what we had in mind and she was great at knowing and finding what we suggested!

Very busy location and there was a little bit of a wait to get some assistance.

I have purchased one time on line but today's purchase was in store with my daughter. My expectations of service for this store was not meet. I thought the sales associate could have been more friendlier. When asked to see certain charms, we were only given them to view through glass. I thought it was unkind to let us see them on top of the counter. We were the only ones in the store, and there were two the sales associate, and we weren't planning to globber all over the charms, so I though that inappropriate. I was just expecting a better feel. I plan to in future to do online only.

I was measure for my ring size since I had never had a ring before and the ring I bought ended up falling off right after I bought it and I lost it.

The associate was distracted and more interested in everything else that was going on arround her. More than once she stopped mid sentace to speak to someone else. The item I wanted was no longer available and she only made one suggestion as a substitution when there were actually several more. If I was someone who was not familiar with Pandora, she would have lost the sale. I have purchased many items from Pandora from many locations - this was by far my worse experience. Disappointed that her name tag said assistant manager - I found her unprofessional.
