The staff at the store were all very nice and welcoming. The salesperson didn’t rush me and showed me plenty of merchandise that went with what I wanted to buy. Store was very clean and following covid protocols.

The exchange process was very easy going, employees were very understanding of the situation and our reason for the exchange. We were able to joke around and try on many rings before finding the right one.

The young lady that served me was quite knowledgeable. I went in to purchase one birthday present and ended up purchasing 2 charms for myself, plus the gift. She also showed me 2 more for my bracelet. I will be going back to purchase them also.
