The sales person was really good. She knew what she was talking a bout. Helped me to make sure my charm bracelet will not fall off again. Also it was nice to find pieces I lost on the computer. She even gave me what charms was missing and where I might be able to find them. Like phone numbers and the name of that charm that was out of stock encase I was able to find it again.

The sales clerk was very professional, nice, welcoming, and polite. She knew where everything was and price points. She helped me pick what I liked as well as stick to my budget.
