Came in knowing what I wanted and was able to buy quickly and easily. The sales associate was very knowledgeable and let me know of new charms that would be coming soon. I love the Disney charms.

The staff are always so helpful and knowledgeable about the products. They always go out of their way to make it fun shopping in the store . I love Pandora Kingston. I wasn't feeling well the day I was in and Betty even offered to help me get to my car.
