I went to the store to purchase a gift for my mom, necklace pendant and charm, took advantage of the sale promotion of the Free bangal with purchase of 150$+ (dec 9th to 13th), which my order did go above the required promotion deal. When I asked the sales clerk about it, she was rude and quickly said no we no longer have them and proceeded to scan the items for sale, I told her I was taking advantage of the promotion to start my daughter her Pandora bracelet and wanted to get a charn added to it, she ignored me. I was at your st. Laurent on Tuesday, Nov 23 and on Wednesday discovered your Black Friday. I went back to the same store less than 24 hours later and was told that I could not return the charm and repurchase it for the sale price. It clearly states on my receipt that I can return the item for a full refund and why would I not be able to buy the same item at a sale prize. The person checking at the door assured me that I could not do this …. Wow. I have been to your stores around the world and have never heard of this policy. I cannot believe this is correct … To add insult to injury I was told that I could try and come back on Saturday but there were no guarantees. I went to St Laurent because I was in the area, I went back because my receipt indicated that I had to return to the same store for a refund. How will this be dealt with? I expect a reply.

the salesclerk had no clue what she was doing. she did not know how the charms fit on the bracelet and i can not do up the bracelet noting how she put the charm on. when i went to pay, they had no clue how to process a gift card. they were not concerned that they totally screwed up the bracelet I will never buy a Pandora product again. i will spend this morning trying to fix my bracelet that the sales person screwed up.

There were about 8 staff on that day, some were hanging out behind the cash, when they could have been more helpful. I was there to buy 6 charms for my 3 daughters. It took over an hour because the associate couldn’t locate the skew number for each pendant. As for the Boxing Day sale, there was a very limited selection to pick from. And what was there, it was the last one; Which meant they had oxidized some what. When I asked for them to be buffed a little she forgot. Also, half the staff hadn’t showered recently as their hair was oily and unprofessional. It was a terrible first experience for them. I don’t want to go back to this location at the st. Laurent mall in Ottawa, canada. I hope you are able to speak to the manager and the sales team to see if they can improve the buyers experience.

My mother & I had a nice time w/Erica. However she didn't honour the 30% off promo on one of our two items. After our 30 minute wait, and 30 minute transaction for the purchase, we had to then wait again for someone to assist us. That took an extra 20 minutes. Service onwards was awful. Tall, jet-black hair, slim, employee was horrendous. I was trying to be as calm and collected as I can be but she kept making sly, rude, quiet remarks to herself. My mother and I were speaking Farsi, and she even made a comment stating that she understood the language, "Spoke the same language". I was insulted by the disrespect she had towards not only myself but to my mother. There was also NO apology from the manger (who had to help both of the employees figure out what they were doing because they were clueless). My mom had to squeeze my arm several times because she knew how angry I was beginning to feel over the woman with short hair. There was NO insulting remarks made in Farsi. It was just me complaining how long we've waited and how this shouldn't be happening in a "high-end" store. I never thought I would ever receive this service at Pandora. I'm definitely not going back to this location.
