I was purchasing 2 gifts and was provided with at least 2 options for each. The sales associate Christina also assisted me with a probable solution for my own pandora bracelet. This was an unexpected bonus.

Christina was pleasant, patient, highly professional and very customer service oriented.She found the item I was looking for quickly and researched another item I was interested. Due to her outstanding service I purchased the other item as well. She is a gem.

Before going to the store I had called the previous day to inquire about the exchange policy. I spoke with Sarah and explained my situation. She was extremely helpful. I asked her if she would be in the next day, she said she would be. I went in with my daughter who the bracelet was for. I asked to speak with Sarah. She was busy with another customer but said she wouldn't be much longer. We waited for a bit. She finished helping the other customer and then came over to us. She remembered the call from the previous day. She was most helpful and knowledgeable about the merchandise. The store itself was very organized.

Wonderful experience, thoughtful & most experienced sales girl. Disappointed I did not get her name. I have a bracelet of my own & will definitely be going back to buy another charm. Love the extensive selection & variety. This purchase was to buy my daughter a bracelet & charm for her 40th birthday. Thank you very much Pandora!!!!
