Pandora Jewelry

This is my first time shopping at a Pandora store and I was very pleased with the service from the staff. Very knowledgeable about the products. Great selection. Very similar to shopping at Tiffanys

The manager, Sarah, was very helpful and knowledgable. she was a good listener and noticed my bracelet and suggested something that would tie in nicely with what I had on the bracelet.She did not try to push anything on us. She showed us some items that were being discontinued at 25% off that fit the criteria of what I was looking for. Was able to use my $15 off coupon from Valentine's Day, and purchased 2 charms with my gift card.

The second i entered the store , right away a representative approached me asking me if i needed any help and gave me all the options on the product i wanted and helped me all the way

Sarah M was absolutely fantastic. I had an idea of what I wanted but she was very quick to find what I was asking for with other suggestions. She went above and beyond and I am more than pleased with the service I received. She made the exchange I had to do, extremely easy. I would highly recommend her.

I rceived friendly and professional service. The manager even made a recommendation and showed ape a few items that were new and that was part of a collection. I was very pleased and with the new merchandise she showed me.

We were greeted as soon as we entered the store, but the young sales associate did not ask us if we needed help, she just walked away and ended up serving someone else who had walked in after us. Another sales rep who was already busy ended up serving us and we actually bought 2 rings.
