I came in because the clasp of my Pandora broke off, my purchase was not registered and the associate was stuck between helping me and what procedure was. I was extremely upset that I was not going to get my repair and she went above and beyond and replaced it for me. Assuring me that she wanted to make me happy. I was so impressed with her willingness to help and friendliness the entire time, although I was noticeably upset with the situation. This situation could have ended a lot worse but she made sure I remain a loyal customer and preach to others how she went above and beyond for me. I am so happy and will continue to support Pandora when possible.
