Shauna our sales rep was very personable but not too pushy. She helped us find exactly what we were looking for and answered questions about other merchandise without trying to convince us to buy it. She informed us of the sale happening the following day to optimize our savings & satisfaction & we ended up spending $125 more than we planned.
