This was my first visit to a Pandora store & it was a little overwhelming. I ended up using a catalogue to find the items I wanted. There were many sales associates standing around but the sales rep who assisted, Lindsay, went out of her way to find the earrings & charm I wanted. She even gift wrapped them for me, very impressive !
