The lady told me that my pedant said "I love you mom but it said "I love my mom seeing as I am not suppose to wear it my mom is didnt make sense.

I thought the way in which we looked at charms was difficult. She would pull out two trays at a time to look at under the scratched table top. It would have been nice to have all the charms availble to look at without the barrier of the scratched table top. Although she did pull out the individual charms that we chose to look at closer but it just would have been nice to look at all of them.

I was assisted right away with the exchange I needed to make. Sales associate very efficient and knowledge on the product. It was a very easy process, no hassle!

I understand the staff member was new but they should have more hands on training before they are let loose helping customers. This was only there 4 shift I felt they were pretty green so it took longer than I had wanted. Also they were getting low on Disney purses, which caused me to purchase my Christmas present myself because I couldn’t count on any being left by time my husband could make it tomorrow. So that kinda ruins my Christmas for me. The purses were supposed to be available till the 19th but it’s only the 12th and they only had 8 left and wouldn’t put one on hold. So that’s disappointing

I came in looking for something very specific - a women's ring in gold or rose gold (1mm - 2mm) with simple detail. I was looking around the store, and an associate was helping me, but she pulled out a tray of rings instead of having me continue to look around the store. Later she indicated that this had ALL of the rings in the store, but at first I didn't know this, and I was curious why I was being shown so many silver rings. The store is laid out so beautifully visually, which allows you to really see the merchandise. But when you are just looking at all of the rings on a giant tray, it's a bit overwhelming and it isn't clear which of the rings are even available in gold and/or silver. Also, it would be nice to know what price point you are looking at without having to ask for every single item. The sales associate who helped me was wonderful - it just seemed like each associate helping someone had to continually refer to a catalog for info on pricing and what finishes were available. Overall I'm very happy with my purchase. It's just the customer experience specific to Pandora that can be a little disconcerting, with no prices posted or info on available finishes.

Just 30 minutes ago, I did shopping in this location. I wanted to buy a gift for my family member back home and for my wife. The associate who helped us was ”Amritpal”, my appologies if I misspelled it. Her interaction with us let us so down that even after coming home we are thinking why somebody will behave us like this. Is it because we belong to a particular race/religion? Everytime we ask her something she replied as “ouhu”. After completing the purchase she just left. We said thank you for your help, she just left. No word, nothing. During the transaction, my wife exchanged a ring with another one with the same price. Her behaviour went more weird afterwards. We are terribly sad and thinking what did we do to receive such kind of attitude. We are purchasing something from her. Its not even a case that we are returning our stuff. The whole time we felt that we do not belong to this store. Dear Amritpal, we don’t know why you show us this kind of disrespect but I can assure you that we didn’t deserve that. We spent our hardworking money in your store and returned home with a degraded feelings.

The sales associate did not properly show me products I was looking for. She seemed like she was annoyed by me asking her. She did not go above and beyond to help with what I needed
