I visited the store twice in one night because I wanted to shop around and make an informed decision on my purchases. Both times the staff were very helpful and quick in knowing where the items were and what the options were. The second staff gave recommendations, which were helpful.

Store was clean. Sales associate greeted us immediately and asked if we needed help. She explained promos going on. She also showed me ways to have enhance my bracelet with gold without the big price tag of the gold prices. I really appreciated that and liked seeing her gold bangles and charms made them more pretty and appealing than in the case.

The service is amazing. The sale associate has knowledge to your jewels. The store is safe and clean. We love your products.

I always go in this store and staff has always been amazing. I had my bracelt bended and they replaced it. I also have a bracelet that was morethan 30 days but the manager accepted it for size change.

I loved how the salesperson approach us in a friendly manner. We went there to buy a charm but after the salesperson offer us the promotion at that time, we ended up to buy more.
