Pandora Jewelry

I went to Pandora to exchange a bracelet I received as a gift for a slightly different style, and was welcomed by a very friendly employee named Bailey. Bailey helped me select a different bracelet and found the correct fit for my wrist. She told me a few tips for the bracelet, and the exchange went very smoothly. I also wanted to view a few charms that I had seen online, and Bailey knew exactly which ones I asked about and allowed me to view them witout a problem. She did not pressure me to purchase any items, which made me feel very comfortable the entire time. I left the store with a lovely bracelet, and I plan to either return to the store or purchase online once I feel ready to do so. Overall, I am very satisfied with the entire experience.

It was super easy to find what I was looking for. The associate was very knowledgeable with the product. And the transaction took place at a good pace and I felt safe with the health measures.

I was extremely pleased with the Southgate location on how easy it was to do a return. I had bought a Christmas gift for my sister but she already had it so we did an exchange and bought matching rings. Kind of disappointed about your selection of rose gold jewelry. Everyone was very kind but I worry about the new measurements they have in place are not being executed. We weren’t asked to sanitize when coming in, and there wasn’t any sanitizing inside the store after customers left.
