Very quick and prompt attention to our needs. The manager was very knowledgeable and helpful. She answered all of my questions and I was able to get exactly what I wanted.

I was highly satisfied with my Pandora experience because the item I was purchasing was available. I called the store prior to going and the sales associate was able to put my charm on hold for me. When I arrived at the store, I did not have to wait in line, I went straight to the check out and was able to purchase my charm which was a graduation gift.
