I am highly satisfied, before walking into the store an associate had given a booklet and provided hand sanitizer. Overall the place was clean and completely sanitary. All the staff were polite and friendly, 100% would go again!

I am highly satisfied with my Pandora experience because the sales associates were very accommodating in the showing how/if charms will work together for the theme I had in mind. Sales associate was very happy to show other charms that I did not think of that can possibly work with my theme for the bracelet that I am putting together. Rona A. was extremely helpful and was very knowledgeable about the products.
