Emma was a fantastic sales associate who helped me purchase my R2D2 Charm and Lightsaber Double Dangle Charm. She made sure the space was clean, there was sanitizer near us and a plexiglass for our safety which was very important. She was attentive and actually took the time to help me choose two charms from my favourite movie ever! I wasn't even planning on buying two charms but she listened to my needs for my bracelet and helped me pick charms that would work perfectly. I know I will be returning during the month of November and I hope she can assist me again! Thanks Emma!

the staff was very friendly and knowledgeable about their products. i was buying a gift for my 16 year old cousin and they helped me decide which ring was popular for this particular age group. they also did a great job in informing me about the current sales that were available to me as a customer
