I'm a new client and I like the Pandora stile very much. i like the quality and services.

I went to the pandora store to find a bracelet for my sister who's dad passed away, the sales rep Beatriz, was amazing, if she didn't know something she asked someone else, which gave me confidence that she knew how to handle a situation, no BS. I must have tried on all the bracelets, to mAke sure it would be the right fit, as it is a little surprise for my sister. Beatriz was so patient and kind, never stop smiling and had a very helpful face the whole time, I give her and the staff 100% credit for a job well done, I left the store totally happy with my purchase and will return again. The sales associate was very pleasant, friendly and Knowledgeable. She informed us about what we should get for the person, we were getting it for and the occasion it was for. Also, I had bought a bracelet on a previous occasion and not able to wear it as it is too same for my wrist and informed the store manager and she advised me to return to the store with it and they would see what they could do for me.
