The service was quick, they took our information down and someone helped us within 2 minutes. They didn’t have a lot of the 8.5 ring size I was looking for but with patience the sales rep and I were able to find a good gift for my friend. She even helped me find her registry. Overall happy with the experience.

My visit was to purchase 2 charms. I also showed the associate my bracelet I received from my children 6 months ago. It was tarnished and I was reluctant to ask what I can do to clean it. She was ever so gracious and took my bracelet gave it a nice cleaning and suggested what I can do to keep it from discolouring. I was so happy to see it clean!! Thank you

I really enjoyed how much my SA helped me in the process of finding a gift for my maid of honour. She built a relationship with me and made me feel like I was shopping with one of my girlfriends. She took her time with me and showed me options (chains lengths, and widths) for the necklace we decided on and showed me earring to match it. Overall I had a wonderful experience as I usually do when I visit Pandora at Vaughan Mills. Nicest Pandora staff that I've encountered compared to other locations.
