The sales girl Ketaki B was so helpful, she was able to make recommendations to help me complete a bracelet. Even though it took long for me to decide on what i wanted to buy to take advantage of the promotion this girl was patient, she was also honest on her thoughts about certain charms i was considering, which was nice....it's nice not to have to deal with someone who is only interested in making a sale and is looking out for your best interest. I wish more of the sales rep were like this...i have been to this location before and have experienced sales rep who are uninterested and know nothing about the products or can even suggest diff looks or colour combos for bracelets. None the less thanks to Ketaki B for her help and patience!

I was highly satisfied since the staff was very helpful in providing gift ideas within my price budget. In addition, the sales rep. had no problem looking for multiple items for me since some of the items I selected from the catalogue they did not have in the store. I was pleased that they were able to hold an item for me so my daughter can select the gift from the couple of items I chose within my price budget.
