the staff was polite and respectful and did everything they could to help me with my situation but the return policy of only being allowed to return the products to the store it was purchased from is horrible. Not happy with mailing out my return products to "corporate" office since I purchased it online. Huge inconvenience.

The store was clean. The lady helping me was nice. One bad thing was that they did not have the ring I was looking for but I got a similar one to it. I was very happy with this visit and definatly come back.

The sales person helped me picked charms for my bracelet. The sales person was very patient with me cause j took a long time. The store was very eye appealing.

The staff were super friendly; Because i wanted to make use of the promotion she helped me with showing me new charms that came in that i had never even heard of. Showed me different styles of other products i inquired about. I wanted a ring but they didnt have a style and gave me suggestions on others.

The associate I dealt with was very nice and friendly. She repeatedly got many rings for me to try on and was not annoyed at all. She was very helpful and informative as well.
