My experience at pandora was amazing because Alejandra was so knowledgable about the product. She knew exactly what to get me. She is very friendly.

There was a line to get into store however b/c I knew exactly what I wanted the Pandora sales associate took my info and then told me I could go right up to the register to pay. It was quick and friendly and informative. I no longer had to wait in line while others were still deciding on what to buy.

Mary was very approachable and knowledgeable in everything I asked her. Also, very friendly and warm.

The associate who served me, Samantha, was very friendly and up beat. She sized my wrist for the new pandora rose gold bangle and when she got me one that didn't open and close very well she quickly went and got me a better one. She also showed me how the new rose gold sliding bracelet worked and I ended up purchasing one as well.

I’m a big fan of pandora and I love all of their jewelry. I buy gifts for my family all the time.
