I’m always satisfied with Pandora’s experiences. The workers are really plesent and nice to talk to. Second because they always have what I come for, it’s always easy to find. Lastly, because at pandora the process of return and exchanging is quiet simple, it doesn’t require lots of time.

I was highly satisfied because the workers were very nice towards me. As soon as I walked into the store, they were ready right then and there to serve me. My server was Nicole from the Vaughan Mills location and she was amazing. She also made me feel like a valued customer which means a great deal to me. During the interaction Nicole made connections with me on a personal level which was also great because it helped me understand more about what products I was buying and why it was the perfect choice for me. I also enjoyed the fact that they care so much about their customers. Nicole remembered me right away since my last visit and that makes me feel like I am appreciated when I am in the store. Overall, great service, highly intelligent about products, and very friendly. Such a great experience. I hope Nicole gets to read my review and see how wonderful of an associate she was towards me.

Lots of new styles

The sales staff had been very accomodating, friendly and very patience. She is recommending good stuff and understands the capacity of ky budget. She was very calm until the end of my purchase in the store.

The sales person was extremely helpful. I was looking for a specific tyoe of charm and she helped me select from ones she thought best suited my needs. She thuroughly looked through the pandora catalogue. This made me feel like a recieved the best service. I will be keeping my purchase knowing i selected it from all the options possible.

This was the second store that I visited in order to purchase a braided leather large grey bracelet. The sales associate was very helpful in assisting with charm selection and answering my questions about future charms. The store was clean and sparkling, I was able to move easily about store with my large purse and several shopping bags.

The sales person Veronica helped me with a good knowledge of products, with patience, took time to show me a lot of similar products until I decided which one I am going to buy. Thank you.
