love the deal that was on, buy 2 charms and get 1 free on black Friday, but did not like the long wait out of the store to get in, waited 45 minutes to get in. other then that. I'm highly Satisfied with my visit. I got a bracelet with 11 charms for my mom for Christmas. will be back for sure.

We got what we mostly wanted.

While I didn't like that we had to line up to get in the store, I did appreciate how organized everything was. We were handed a catalog which we browsed while waiting in line. We had our items picked before entering the store. We had to wait again to pay, but again, at least it was organized. What I appreciated most was the sale. Buy 2 get 1 free was great, as I find Pandora pricier than other sterling silver jewellery and not necessarily better quality (not worse either, same quality but at a higher price).

The store was clean and aesthetically pleasing. The sales accociates were kind and patient. The return went smoothly and didn't take much time.

Made my girlfriend happy for our anniversary. They had what I wanted in stock in the right size. Ability to look up my girlfriends ring size through past purchase history.

The sales associate who helped me out today was very friendly and informative. She made it finding the gift for my daughter so much easier. Will go back.
