Quality is good. My daughter found her Xmas gift and i was satisfied.

I asked for what I wanted and was given a few options. The staff was friendly and went out of the way to discuss Christmas exchange

the girl was soooo nice to me at the vaughan mill location she spend to much time with me helping me on what chram to buy i was sooo happy when i left

the lady i dealt with knew her stuff, she was right there when i needed a different size, cleaned my bracelet while i browsed.
