I was looking for a birthday gift for 2 friends and they showed me what exactly I was looking for.. they were very helpful and friendly.

My daughter Angelle bought me a bracelet and I felt it was too small. Xen, the Sales Associate who helped me when I went back to return it was so patient, friendly and knowledgeable in spite of the fact that it was near closing time. She took her time with me. She suggested a fabulous bracelet and showed me several other beads that went with the one my daughter got me. I will definitely go back to get them. She also showed me features of bracelet which I was unfamiliar. This was my first time going to Pandora as I usually buy Gold but I will definitely be coming back! Thank you Xen!
