The sales associate was very helpful and friendly. The sales associate went out of her way to look for items I was interested in. The sales associate was very patient and took the time with me and was very pleasant.

When I placed an online order for pick up at this location, the website advised my order would be ready for pick up within 4 hours. In fact it was not ready until the next day. This information provided to customers should be made accurate.

It's too expensive for very little things in comparison to actual 22/24K pure gold.

for me to be highly satisified there has to be some level of going out of your way, above and beyond what is normally expected out of a person working in that type of position. Typically when I refer to satisfaction it means that it was normal and respectful and went exactly as normal and expected. Whereas high satisfaction of the workers would more so refer to me being happy with how well I got along with the salesperson and if they sparked conversation with me gave good suggestions or reaffirmed my thoughts or ideas or offered good alternatives to ideas that I had presented.

I just wish the store had more options for different price ranges. I ended up buying something that was out of my budget.
