Did not have the item in stock that I came in for, now will have to go to other locations to track it down.

Non enthusiast sales representative. I did not receive a new snake chain necklace, but the generic one customers tried on. It did not feel like an exclusive purchase

The service I received was satisfactory. I was looking at two items and one seemed to be different than the other. She insisted that they were the same, however the size and finish were different. She didn't seem interested in looking into it further. When I got home I looked it up myself and they were in fact two different items.

I thought the sales associate Jenna was wonderful! I'm so glad she came up to us and she was very friendly and helpful. We were not impressed with not being greeted by anyone else

Not much selection is available in store.

There were only a couple of employees working at the time, so we were waiting for quite sometime for someone to assist us.

The staff was very friendly and super helpful helping me find just what I wanted. I didn’t have to wait very long and found the wait worth it!

Didn’t have the selection of sizes in the rings I was looking for. The packaging had become so cheap it is unbelievable. Went from exceptional quality jewelry boxes to super flimsy cardboard “pockets?” It wasn’t even a box. The bag I received was also just plain white. Don’t know what was up with that

It’s not that I was not highly satisfied but I feel the staff needs to be more knowledgeable in knowing each and every product .
