I was satisfied with the service associate that helped me unfortunately prior to that I had a long wait while three sales associates were deciding if they were going to serve customers. One person serving ten people in store three sales people standing around deciding if they were going to assist customers. It wasn’t until I went up to ask them is they had any intentions of serving customers they actually served people. Extremely unprofessional service. Definitely needs to be addressed The person that eventually served me was very good.

To begin, my daughter and I waited over half an hour in line due to the short staff and small store (10 maximum people allowed in the store, which includes the staff despite mandates being lifted). Also, some stock of the marvel series was not available. After I paid for my daughter's birthday present, another salesperson approached my daughter and asked her if she would mind leaving the store so that another customer could come in while I was still shopping around. I found their conduct unprofessional, and I did not feel like a valued customer even though I spent almost $400, thereby being disappointed with my shopping experience at Pandora in Vaughan Mills.

I completely understand the pandemic situation; however, it is much easier if I could enter the store with my partner. Not a switching style. Other than that, the sales staff was very friendly and I felt comfortable selecting my neckless.
