I had an amazing experience at the store. I am satisfied with the customer service provided.

The service was great, I feel like due to the pandemic it makes it hard to get the full Pandora experience.

Not many rings in my size

Expect more selection of charms. This is located in Vanghan Mills Outlet stores but the store is not outlet type, just regular store, no discount as normally outlet store will do.

I was satisfied with my visit they helped me get what I want from the store. Also I think that from the store that I went to should have more cashiers and employees because when I went there I was in line for 30 mins and I didn’t like that so if you can do that I will be very satisfied when I come.

The only thing I was not satisfied with was the wait time I waited first in line for almost 30 minutes in line and the same 2 customers took forever and there was only 2 employees the whole time I also realized that there began to form a line behind me of at least 10 people I feel that this pandora should Be better staffed at the higher points of the day.

I was trying to arrange curbside pick up. At first was not able to get through to the store by phone. I would have been happy to leave a message or call back number but there was no option...just recording stating the number had not initialized voice message system. After a few hours I was finally able to get through and clerk explained they were extremely busy and that is totally understandable so would have been easier to just leave my number and the store could have called me back when someone was available to help with my order. Other than that everything went well and was able to pick up most of my order same day. 1 item was not in stock but clerk suggested a few nearby locations showing the product in stock. Very nice staff to deal with!! :)

I like the store and t's safety but I wish it was faster, I stood in line for 60 minutes before getting in, and I was only the 7th person in line

I understand that only 8 people were allowed in the store at a time, however both groups inside were taking a very long time in the store. I had to wait in the line outside the store for almost 30 minutes. Of course this isn't the fault of the sales associates, however, it was a frustrating experience.

Because I was informed that I could not return any items or brows while at the pandora at Fairview I was allowed to brows and return items if I wanted
