Store attendant ignored me for about 15 mins until I asked her if she can find someone to help me.

I was highly satisfied with my pandora experience because when I came into the store there was help available right away. I didn't have any problems with moving around in the store or with finding what I came in for. The store looked very appealing and the organization really caught my eye. I would definitely go back into that store again.

Long wait and no process or order of who would be served next a little chaotic

The wait for assistance was long. There was not enough staff working to meet sales demands. Besides the wait everything else went smoothly

It’s a busy time of the year so wait is expected associate was knowledgeable

As soon as i enter the store I was asked what am looking for without getting a chance to look around.

It was Black Friday so we were not able to browse the charm selections and there was just an aura of being rushed

the sales associate looked very bored. She seemed like she couldn't get rid of me quick enough. i asked for a specific item she said they didn't have it but they did have it, as I found it myself.

I was looking for some birthday charms, sadly there wasn't a variety of selections presently available at the store and I had to settle for a different charm.
