Sales associate was knowledgeable but due to the fact of not a whole lot of selection to choose from was not really easy to shop with! I understand the designer for pandora changed but please have more charm selection soon, especially Disney! Thank you

No one acknowledges you when i walked in even though there were sales staff around. I find this in mant Pandora stores. I waited at cash to speak to a sales associate which was the only way I would get served. After customer was served sales person turned her back to the cash, not stating i'll be with you or just a moment...nothing. I had to call the attention of someone to help me. Sales person was then very accommodating and served my needs. It's not the first time i don't get acknowledged or the first store. This is very rude. I even left at times in the past because of this and just went to a jewellery store to buy Pandora items. Your 'sales associates' need some courses in how to serve customers in Ontario for sure!

The store does not have the charms I was looking for.

I couldn’t find what I’m looking for because out of stock

While choosing the product, the sales person can't find the necklace. She said we have a camera and the manager will see it. I don't mind cause I don't take the necklace. The manager began to check the Vedio. But till I buy the products and leave the store, they don't tell me where the necklace went. They should let me know the result cause when they say they will check the camera it seemed like I take it. I'm not satisfied with this.

A lot of merchandise was lot available at the store. The Sales Associate was fairly new and not knowledgeable about the merchandise, but we were very patient in waiting to getting answers.

The store was very clean and the sales lady was very pleasant and helpful. She took the time to explain how an item was discontinued and she offered other suggestions. She answered all my questions. Her customer service was great!
