Your promenade store is never stocked, and they constantly don’t have the new merchandise ever. Always have to travel to get an item. When promenade is is close it is very annoying

I went in to purchase 2 specific rings however the sizes i needed were not available. Then I chose a few back up ring and sizes were also not available. I ended up buying 2 different rings. I also didn't like the fact that the rings were not all on display and took way to long for sales associate to keep pulling rings for us to look at so that we could make our selection. Other than that I love the rings I chose and the sales associate was extremely patient and helpful.

We had to wait outside the store in line for 15 minutes and then another 10 mins to pay. Very time consuming.

The store was small and I wanted to look at other merchandise but there were too many customers and not enough room

For my first time shopping experience it was very pleasant. It was however a little overwhelming when the salesperson sends you to another part of the store to pay for the merchandise. Sales personnel should also aide in the “check-out” process. More sales personnel to assist as there was a lineup to pay and it made me feel to rush and where I didn’t get the whole shopping experience. Overall, the experience was satisfying.

I tried to return a purchase, they didn’t have the right size and called Yorkdale store and they told me that Yorkdale had correct size. Yorkdale didn’t have it either and I had to drive to location to find this out. Was disappointing. Always not all stores treat items the same. Had to special order a charm which I purchased out of store in Peterborough
