Store was busy and had to wait about 10 mins for someone to be free to help me

the store was so busy ; crowded and many of our choices were not available

I visited during the 40% off promotion so many items were sold out and/or not in my size. People behind me in line were helped with outside the store and purchased the items in line.

I think if you Pandora is going to have a promotional sale you should have this staff working to accommodate the customers and the wait time was ridiculous it was 40 minutes in a long line up outside the store and then when I got served you didn't have any merchandise left.

The Vaughan Mills Store is very small and I had to wait 45 minutes to speak to a Sales Associate and the store was uncomfortable due to the high volume and small space .

The sales associate helping me seemed new, I have patience but she took a long time to locate a necklace that I wanted. Then when it came to printing off my receipt it took longer than expected due to technical issues. Otherwise I found what I was looking for & was on my way.

The sales associate gave me limited option - didn't give me a tray of the theme I was asking for would simple pull out a charm or two and say do you like these. this is totally not how I have chosen charms in the past. was not happy with this way to present and offer charms for sale to what I was looking for.

The item I was looking for was sold out. I was informed that they only had received 4 of them. This was the second location that was sold out.
